Ascend into the rolling green tea hills of West Bengal, checking into your Darjeeling hotel. Spend your evening relaxing and watching the sunset behind the mountain ridges.

    Day 2 Full-Day Darjeeling Sightseeing Highlights

    Enjoy an immersive day of sightseeing curated by The Travel Stations. Wake up early for the Tiger Hill sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga. Visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery before returning for breakfast. Spend your afternoon exploring the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Peace Pagoda, and the local Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre.

    • Nathula Pass permit & sightseeing (optional and chargeable).
    • Yak ride charges at Tsomgo Lake.
    • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, beverages, telephone bills, etc.
    • Camera & video charges wherever applicable.
    • Porterage and driver tips.
    • Early check-in & late check-out charges.
    • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, landslides, roadblocks, flight/train delays, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Term & Condition

Booking & Payment

  • A booking amount is required to confirm the package.
  • Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement.
  • Travel vouchers and hotel confirmations will be issued only after full payment.

Hotel Policy

  • Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM (subject to hotel policy).
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Hotels are subject to availability. Similar-category hotels will be provided if required.

Transportation

  • Sightseeing and transfers will be provided strictly as per the itinerary.
  • Vehicles are for point-to-point sightseeing only and cannot be used for personal purposes.
  • Hill station vehicles operate according to local transport regulations.

Permits & Sightseeing

  • Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir visits are subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and government permits.
  • Nathula Pass is optional, subject to permit availability, weather conditions, and additional charges.
  • No refund will be provided for sightseeing missed due to weather, landslides, government restrictions, or road closures.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company's cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable bookings such as hotels, permits, or transport will be charged accordingly.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Changes & Amendments

  • Any modification after booking confirmation may attract additional charges.
  • The Travel Stations reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances while providing suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during the tour.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by guests will be chargeable directly.

Force Majeure

  • The Travel Stations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by natural calamities, landslides, strikes, political unrest, flight/train delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.
